This is a massive and beautiful floor where the civilians used to live. This is also called the underground city of Clarb. The floor is made of granite, granite covered more area as more people started taking refuge in Clarb. After the war started against Rabellu, Granite supply reduced,causing a spike it its price.Hence the remaining part of the floor is bare. This is also an underground river which flows though the other floors of Clarb. It's starts it descend from this floor as a waterfall which adds to its scenic beauty.
